Cash on Delivery Policy

For Cash on Delivery, we require COD confirmation fee in advance to reduce order cancellations. The remaining order amount can be paid upon delivery.

If order is refused at the time of delivery, COD shipping fee is non-refundable in that case.

We understand that sometimes situations arise where you may need to return or exchange your purchase. However, we would like to inform you that we do not encourage returns, exchanges, or cancellations for the following reasons:

To ensure complete satisfaction, we urge you to contact our team for real pictures of our ready-made jewellery or similar pictures for kemp jewellery, to clarify any doubts regarding colour, quality, or size, before placing your order.

🛍️In case you receive a defective item, please contact us with details and an unboxing video without any cuts, from the opening of the package. We will not consider any damage claims without a proper unboxing video.

We would like to remind you of our maximum damage claim policy, which states that the maximum amount that can be claimed is only Rs. 2000 or the product cost, whichever is lesser. This is to ensure that our loyal customers receive only the best quality products from us. We take pride in maintaining high standards and we will not compromise on that.

For prepaid orders, in case of cancellation before dispatch due to unavoidable circumstances, a cancellation fee of 20% of the invoice value will be deducted. This is to cover the costs incurred in processing and packaging your order.

For partial COD orders, please note that in case of cancellation before dispatch due to unavoidable circumstances, the partial amount paid for cash on delivery will not be refunded and the order will be voided.

Information regarding Shipping: We kindly request that you provide us with a proper delivery address, including landmarks, to avoid any confusion and delays in shipment. We take great pride in delivering your orders to you in a timely manner, but we need your help to make it happen. Missing or incorrect addresses can lead to RTO (Return to Origin), which we are not responsible for. Please note that in such cases, shipping charges incurred will not be returned and for reshipment, we will have to charge shipping fees again.
